Top Three Fav Cartoon Characters!

I'm a little kid at heart, but I think that everyone has a favorite cartoon character that makes them really happy. No matter what age you are, when you see them you're like a little kid and it just makes you happy. Even in our adult days, we can't resist. I have three, because I am just cool like that. Hence the whole post dedicated to my favorite characters.

Snoopy; Okay, so for all of you who don't know Snoopy is my favorite character ever, and I have an obsession with him. You gotta accept these things, and I do greatly. I honestly can't resist when he's on television, because Christmas, Easter, and Halloween isn't the same unless you catch up with the gang for the hundredth time. Whether it's Snoopy coming out from the pumpkin patch, or cooking Thanksgiving dinner with the classic toast, jelly beans, and pretzels, it just is something that adds overall holiday cheer to every single holiday.

Lucy Van Pelt; Yo, this is the crabby little girl. But, behind her crabby outer features there's more to her. Yes, she steals footballs. But, she's not afraid to tell you like it is. And she's really sensitive. There's more to her than being the bully, and we see that later on the comic strip. Out of all of the children on Charlie Brown, she will always be my favorite.

Minnie Mouse; The only Disney character I like is Minnie Mouse. She's been popular since the 1950s, and she's Mickey's awesome sidekick, slash girlfriend. But, she's just like a little black dress-classic. Even though she's a bit more popular than Snoopy, she's just awesome with or without Mickey. She's known to rock any kind of dress that she wants, and is kind of like Barbie. All and all, Minnie Mouse is just awesome.

Why sir, I must confess!

I saw a post about someone's confessions recently, and thought 'hey I have confessions too!' I know that you all want to know them. Come on, admit it. Anyways, without further a due, here are my confessions. I must confess:

  • I've seen every episode of Gilmore Girls. It's my favorite television show ever.

  • I love coffee way too much. I typically have one to two cups a day. However, I realize that all of the coffee that I enjoy is flavored coffee.

  • My favorite hobby is singing. I always wanted to be a singer, but I'm extremely self conscious about my voice.
  • I happen to enjoy Taylor Swift music.

  • I've also have seen every holiday Peanuts special.

Those are my confessions. What are yours?

Happy 63rd Anniversary Peanuts!

63 years ago today, a young man named Charles Schultz started drawing a comic strip about a young boy, his dog and his friends. One would never think that something so simple can turn into something so big. Soon, Peanuts, became an American icon, and of course developed such a huge fan base of young and old alike.
For those of you for don't know, I'm a huge Snoopy fan. I have a lot of merchandise ranging from stuffed animals (I collect them;I have over 20 stuffed Snoopys, Charlie Brown, and half a dozen Woodstocks), shirts, mugs, pens, and a thousand of other things.
The reasons why I love Peanuts is because it simply makes me happy. Snoopy is the cutest thing on earth, in my opinion. I love it when he dances and wear costumes and stuff. I mean come on, who doesn't love a dancing cartoon dog, who also wears a WW1 ace uniform? It's so cute. I also love the theme song. It literally makes me smile and think of happy things. Whenever I'm sick, I also have a stuffed Snoopy at hand, and sometimes I even watch a marathon.
So, happy birthday Peanuts! Thank you for the cheer, and thank you for the laughs. Here's to another 63 years!
